Transforming disconnection & loss

"Returning" is a powerful container for  leaning into these places where we have been shut down or shut off through somatic practices, ancestral healing, expressive and nature practices.

Yet becoming present to our disconnection is only the first place we will visit on our journey together.

Together from this place of disconnection, we will travel to new places where we will develop new language together based on connection and a "power with".

We explore what it means to create from this place of being deeply connected with our selves; mind, body and spirit - as part of the whole organism of the Sacred embodiment with Earth, with Water, With Fire, with the Seen and the Unseen.

Together we begin to develop understanding and language through sacred sound, movement and art.

And as we do, we create new possibilities in our lives, for ourselves and for the generations.

We hope you will join us.

Do I have to know what I'm doing
& why I want to do it?

You do not need to be experienced with any of the techniques or practices we use. Having said that we invite you to acknowledge and trust that there is a part of you that does know why you're here and is ready to do this powerful work.

We also invite you to embrace the mystery contained within unexplored territories within yourself, with the Earth, your Ancestors and the Sacred within and through all things.

You do not need to  understand logically why you are being called to this work . Instead we invite you to step into the Mystery and embrace the Unknown, knowing ultimately that is the journey that heals us and adds meaning to our lives. Our experience is that as you open your mind and let go of the beliefs and paradigms that we were all programmed with, and begin to trust yourself and your experience, you will be lead to new empowering possibilities in very real ways. Quite honestly, this is the life changing part and mind blowing for those who are willing.

If you are breathing and willing to explore what you do not know but are willing to hear and experience, this is the place for you.

Is this like therapy? Is this safe for me?

This is definitely not therapy and we are definitely not therapists or licensed mental health professionals. If you feel unstable or are seeking mental health or psychiatric support, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional. If you are under the care of the a psychiatrist we ask that you consult with them and seek their advice on your participation in this experience.

While the work we do in this program is accessible to most people,  we do not believe it is for everyone and we encourage you to engage with this work only if you have already done some transformational healing work and are fully able to take responsibility for your own health and well being.

This work includes embodiment practices and expressive arts work that are rooted in ancient indigenous practices. While science is just now validating these practices as valuable parts of a trauma recovery process, we recognize the reclaiming, renaming and reimagining of this work as ancient indigenous practices and are part of the healing and decolonizing process.

What is you refund/cancellation policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.  We hope that you will understand that this work requires a full commitment from each of us.  As a  small business the money we receive goes directly to pay expenses associated with your experience, personal bills and to support our other important causes that we are committed to supporting.  This work also funds other projects such as those for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Relatives (MMIW+) and their families, as well as creating and supporting wellness and healing in Native and indigenous, BIPOC and other disadvantaged communities.

If for any reason you are unable to attend or if life just happened, please just let us know and we will work with you.

If you are at all unhappy with your experience, please reach out, we want to understand and will do what we can to work it out with you. We are here for you, all the way.
